Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all body repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. Additionally, we provide a warranty on the paint used in our repairs. Please be aware that our warranties do not cover damages resulting from your own fault, such as getting into another accident, hitting curbs, damage caused by car washes, or any other damages unrelated to the original repair.
I just had an accident, what should I do?
To begin the repair process, please first file a claim with your insurance company. They will confirm your deductible, provide a claim number, and inform you about your car rental coverage. Once you've filed your claim, you can visit us to complete an application for the work on your vehicle to commence.
Do you go through my insurance?
We work with all insurance companies to personally handle insurance claims. Can I come to you, or do I have to wait to get approval from my insurance company? You have the right to select your preferred collision repair center. While insurance companies may recommend specific shops, they cannot legally require you to use a particular one. The choice of where to have your vehicle repaired is completely yours. Please begin by filing a claim with your insurance company.
Do I have to notify my insurance company?
Yes, you should file a claim with your insurance company if you plan to use your insurance coverage. However, we are also available for cash jobs if you prefer not to file a claim.
Who do I pay the deductible to?
You would pay the deductible to the repair facility.
Who pays for the repair?
Typically, payment is collected directly from your insurance company. If filing through insurance, your deductible, if applicable, is due upon completion of the vehicle repairs by the customer. Please be aware that if you are not going through insurance, Hyacinth Collision Center requires full payment upon the vehicle's completion.
How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
The time required to repair your vehicle depends on several factors, including the extent of the damage and parts availability. Our team will provide an estimated repair timeframe, but please understand that it may be subject to change based on parts delivery. Our priority is to ensure your vehicle is repaired safely and efficiently so you can get back on the road as soon as possible.
